A non-profit 501 (c) (19) military organization

Grants awarding the cost of books for college courses were started soon after the Association was incorporated to meet one of the goals in the Mission Statement.  Since the inception of the program, the Association has issued grants totaling over $11,000.  Thank you letters from the Commanding Officers and grant recipients have been received, all expressing the uniqueness of the program and the support it provides the sailors, both personally and professionally
